Controlled freight Programs to help maintain stable freight rates.

A backhaul strategy that utilizes over 50% of our fleet. We control the inbound shipments of products to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries for our customers. Our backhaul program also helps us react to those unexpected product usages spikes that would otherwise create out-of-stock situations.

Negotiated freight rates which help us stabilize product costs where we have consistent scheduled shipments of high volume products.

COI has one of the most modern fleets of vehicles in the industry, averaging less than 2 years old. This relatively new fleet enables us to get better mileage reducing our fuel consumption and control costs. Our modern fleet consists of over 100 tractors and 160 compartmentalized trailers. Ryder maintains our fleet to its highest standards enabling us to have one of the lowest breakdown rates in the nation.

We use an ultra modern state-of-the-art Logistics Routing System that enables us to maintain accurate and on-time deliveries to our customers. The system is flexible enough to allow us to easily react to the ever-changing business cycles of our customers.
